Our Mission Statement:

My goal, as a therapist, is to be a conduit for the healing of others.  This means that first and foremost, I need to make sure that I am centered and am able to hold space for others to do their own work. The Therapist/Client relationship must be based on trust and respect.  We work together as a team, I consider myself a teacher that can objectively help you find your way and you are the expert on you. After all, who knows you better than you know yourself? Quite often, clients will state that they “just don’t know the answers”, but I believe that we all have the answers there for us at any time, we just have to know where to look and how to really listen. In order for therapy to benefit you, you must first make a commitment with yourself that you are ready and have a desire to move forward in your life. I believe that in order to move forward, you have to look at where you currently are and work through any road blocks that are in your way.  Once that is accomplished, finding your passion and living your purpose is the most satisfying human experience that we can all have.
